ApprenticeshipUSA
Apprenticeship.gov is a one-stop source for connecting you with apprenticeship resources and opportunities. Apprenticeships are “earn while you learn” career pathways where you’ll build skills while getting paid – and they’re offered across many industries. Discover apprenticeship opportunities at ApprenticeshipUSA. You can also contact your state’s local apprenticeship office if you need additional assistance.
Pro-Tip: Job Corps’ Pre-Apprenticeship training programs offer the hands-on training and education you need to qualify for and succeed in an apprenticeship. Explore training programs here.
Federal Pell Grants
If you’re seeking a way to fund your higher education without student loans, consider a Federal Pell Grant. Unlike a loan, Pell Grants don’t have to be repaid, except under certain circumstances. Keep in mind that these grants are usually only awarded to undergraduate students who display exceptional financial need and have not earned a bachelor’s, graduate or professional degree yet. Learn more about Pell Grants and how to apply here.
